VA Home Loan Benefit info for California Veterans and Active Duty Military

In 2011, California Veterans and CA Active Duty Military Personnel retain access to higher VA guarantee limits than many other states.  The higher VA Guarantee allows California Vets the opportunity to purchase a home with zero downpayment up to $625,500 in many  Bay Area Counties such as San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Marin, and Alameda.   Los Angeles VA Loans are available up to $625,500 with no down payment.
