Duplex’s have a FHA loan limit of $347,000
Triplex or three units have a loan limit of $419,425
Fourplex units have a FHA loan limit of $521,250

Single family homes the limit is $393,300
Duplex’s have a FHA loan limit of $503,500
Triplex or three units have a loan limit of $608,600
Fourplex units have a FHA loan limit of $756,350
