Qualified San Diego Veterans and Active Duty Military personnel can purchase a VA Approved Condo up to $2M with zero money down when you have 100% of your VA Entitlement available. The VA loan limit for 2023 is $977,500 for San Diego, however this only applies to Veterans with partial VA Entitlement available. We offer VA Loans for higher purchase prices up to $2m for partial entitlement scenarios. These require a down payment based on a formula of the San Diego VA County Loan Limit of $977,500, your homes purchase price, and the amount of available VA Entitlement.
