We offer FHA Loans to refinance multi family homes (2-unit, 3-unit or 4 Unit, aka Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex). \u00a0 This can be a great investment strategy, as you can live in one of the units and rent out the other(s). \u00a0 We are able to refinance an Owner Occupied 2-3-4 unit property up to 97.7% of the current appraised value. \u00a0 FHA Does require that you live in and occupy one of the units to qualify for FHA Financing.<\/p>\n
