California FHA Loan Limits for 2015
FHA has re-instanted the HERA FHA Loan Limits called “Permanent High Cost Loan Limits” for the 2014 calendar year. These were originally authorized in the HERA law passed in the summer of 2009. The floor FHA Loan Limit for base counties has returned to $271,050, and goes up to FHA loan amounts as high as $625,500 in high cost counties (the ceiling). All single family FHA Loans that exceed $417K are called FHA Jumbo or FHA High Balance Loans.

San Diego Homebuyers and Homeowners can get FHA Loans up to $546,250, Riverside and San Bernardino up to $355,350, Sacramento, El Dorado, and Placer counties up to $474,950.
